Many of us feel there's no point starting to eat better to lose weight, workout to get in shape, make small efforts to boost testosterone and energy, etc unless we have the time and energy to be FULL ON 100% 24/7/365 about it, like some hardcore Health Nut.   As a result we do next to nothing, and this is what is holding us back.    We CAN get in shape, and we don't need to do as much as you think you do to achieve it.
