I've been working with men and women on their health and fitness, in person and online, for 16 years. As a 49 year old dad of three myself, I know the struggle is real.

The second half of the night is inherently more fragile than the first, and after 40 several things start happening simultaneously that make waking in those early hours much more likely. Most of them never get mentioned, and most people just accept it as part of getting older. It isn't.
